Hi, I'm Craig.
I've had a sweet tooth my whole life — but liquorice was always something different. There's something about it that I've loved since childhood. It's herbal, it's unique, and the range of flavours it pairs with is unlike anything else in the confectionery world. It's not just a sweet. It's a character.
I started MyLiquorice six years ago, and it grew into something I'm incredibly proud of. But two years ago, something new happened. We were in the kitchen, experimenting with combinations — milk chocolate, white chocolate, liquorice with vanilla — and we just fell in love with what we were creating. That experiment became Caffè Latte. And Craig's Liquorice was born.
A family business, built to last
I own 100% of Craig's Liquorice. No investors, no outside interests — just me, my family, and a team of people who genuinely care about what we're building. My mum, dad, and sister work alongside me every day, along with many other brilliant team members who make this all possible.
I'm not building this to sell it. I'm not in it for a quick return. This is what I want to do for the rest of my life. Craig's Liquorice is my life's work and I mean that.
The product
Our chocolate covered liquorice is currently made in Sweden with our partner factory, using premium Dutch liquorice at its core. Every piece is enrobed in rich chocolate — no shortcuts, no compromise. We're actively working on bringing all manufacturing permanently to the UK, because that's where this brand belongs.
Where we're going
This isn't just an online brand to me. The vision is physical stores — multiple locations across the UK. Buckinghamshire, where I'm from. Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire, where we've built and grown the business. And Scotland, where my family is from.
Craig's Liquorice is founder-led, proudly British, and built on a genuine love of what we make. I hope you taste that in every jar.
